habit@ was founded by two environmental professionals who experienced firsthand the inefficiencies of manual weather reporting and documentation. We're building the tools we always wished existed.
To eliminate the manual overhead of environmental compliance through intelligent automation — so professionals can focus on the work that actually protects people and the environment.
Nathan brings a rare combination of environmental expertise and creative strategy to habit@. With a B.S. in Environmental Science & Policy from California State University, Long Beach, he has applied his technical knowledge across some of the most demanding environments in the industry — including Raytheon Intelligence & Space, Michael Baker International, and Rosendin Electric.
Alongside his environmental career, Nathan has spent a decade as a creative consultant, crafting visual storytelling for globally recognized brands. That cross-disciplinary background — rigorous science paired with clear, compelling communication — is central to how habit@ is built and positioned.
Scott is a seasoned environmental and civil professional with over a decade of field and project leadership experience. Having worked with Bianchi Electric, RES Group, and Rosendin Electric, he has built a rare fluency in both the technical and operational dimensions of large-scale infrastructure and renewables projects.
Scott's career trajectory — from hands-on field labor to managing multi-hundred-million-dollar renewable energy projects contributing hundreds of megawatts to grids across the United States — reflects the same drive and precision he brings to habit@. His deep understanding of how compliance functions in the real world shapes every decision we make as a company.
Compliance documentation must be defensible. We build tools that produce authoritative, source-verified data — not approximations.
We automate the routine so environmental professionals can apply their expertise where it matters most — in the field, not at a spreadsheet.
Our tools are shaped by direct field experience. We understand what inspectors, QSPs, and QSDs actually need — because we've been there.
habit@ is currently in early access. We're working directly with a select group of environmental professionals to refine our platform before a wider release. If you manage SWPPP programs and want to be first in line, we'd love to hear from you.
